Demolition and strip-out, in-house
Most commercial jobs start with removing what is already there. We do full strip-outs, tile removal, surface preparation, rendering, screeding and waterproofing ourselves, so the site is ready to tile without waiting on another trade. That keeps the program tight and the cost down.
