Commercial & retail

Commercial and retail tiling, built for traffic

A commercial floor has to look good on opening day and still look good after a year of foot traffic. Feature Tiling WA tiles retail and office fit-outs, restaurants and cafes, hospitality venues and large-scale developments across WA. We have worked with commercial builders and government bodies, and we know commercial work runs to a deadline.

What we do

Fit-outs, hospitality and large-scale work

  • Retail and office fit-outs
  • Restaurants, cafes and hospitality venues
  • Large-scale commercial developments
  • Custom tiling to suit the brief

We use commercially rated, slip-resistant tiles and the right adhesives and grouts for high-traffic environments, and we work efficiently to meet tight program dates without dropping the standard of the finish.

Hospitality tiling at Lil's Rooftop and Bar by Feature Tiling WA

In-house

Demolition and strip-out, in-house

Most commercial jobs start with removing what is already there. We do full strip-outs, tile removal, surface preparation, rendering, screeding and waterproofing ourselves, so the site is ready to tile without waiting on another trade. That keeps the program tight and the cost down.
